Cold trough for the weekend still looking possible

Looking at a few models here, it appears that the 12zEURO models and 18zGFS are pretty dang cold for Sunday with strong N-NWLY winds at the surface and aloft. And should still see some spotty snow, though not much but just a little, as another batch of colder air works it`s way into our region along with some mid level moisture showing up at the 700mb level on the GFS. 850mb temps appear fairly cold and between -12 and -15c and then dropping to about -16c late Sunday morning. So with thicknesses near 516m and 500mb heights in the upper 520`s to low-mid 530`s, am still thinking we should see highs in the 30`s to lower 40`s with lows in the 20`s. This trough may last into Tue. Then after Tue, looks like models kinda go down hill a bit. Meaning that between the 12zEURO/18zGFS and MRF, a weak or moderately strong ridge might take take place just off the west coast. But for right now, it does look pretty chilly over the weekend.

The two maps shown are the12zWRF-GFS for Sun morning along with the ECMWF(A.K.A the EURO) also for Sunday.
